AI Process Assessment

Your people, doing better work.

  • A page-by-page walkthrough together

Who it's for

You run a business where the days disappear.

  • Quotes that take an hour to write, invoices chased by hand
  • The same customer question answered forty times
  • You keep hearing AI could help, but you do not have a spare week to figure out how

The Deep Dive works like this.

What happens

In one 30-minute call, we map where the time actually goes. Not an org chart, the real day: who touches what, what gets retyped, what waits on whom, what everyone quietly hates doing. Then we match that against what AI can reliably do today, not the demo-video version, the works-on-a-Tuesday version. Some of your busywork is ready for AI right now. Some needs a cheap tool you already pay for. Some should stay human, and we'll say so.

What you get

A written report, in plain English, no jargon:

  • The busywork in your business AI can take on today, ranked by hours saved
  • What each fix takes: the tool, the cost, the effort to set up
  • What we'd do first, second, and third, and why
  • What to leave alone, because not everything should be automated

Then we walk through it together, page by page, and you ask anything you want.

How much

Quick Splash is $250. The Deep Dive is $750, fixed. No contract, no retainer, no upsell call disguised as a deliverable. The report is yours either way: do it with us, do it yourself, or hand it to whoever runs your systems.

Questions owners ask us

Is this about replacing my staff?

No. It's about the hours your staff loses to work a machine should be doing. The goal is your people spending their day on customers, craft, and judgment instead of retyping and chasing. Nobody's job is the busywork; the busywork is what keeps them from the job.

We're not a tech company. Will any of this apply to us?

The less technical the business, the more hours are usually hiding in it. Most of what we find isn't exotic: quoting, scheduling, follow-ups, paperwork. If your business has any of those, this applies.

Do I need to buy a bunch of new software?

Usually not. A lot of the wins use tools you already pay for and don't fully use. Where something new is worth it, the report says what it costs, so there are no surprises.

What happens after the report?

Whatever you want. Some owners hand the list to their team and work through it. Most ask us to set things up, and we quote that separately once you've seen the list. The price buys the report, not a sales pitch.
