What happens
We start with a 30-minute call to choose one stuck workflow and understand how it works today. Who touches it? What gets retyped? What waits on whom? We use the records and examples you can share to write down where the hours go. We mark estimates and missing information clearly, then consider whether a process change, software you already use, or AI is worth testing. Some steps should stay human, and we will say so.

How much
The AI Process Assessment is $750, fixed. It buys the review of one workflow, a written report, and a walkthrough. It does not include implementation or promise hours saved. Any build is scoped and priced separately. The report is yours: use it with your team, hand it to whoever runs your systems, or discuss a next step with us.

Is this about replacing my staff?
No. We will examine one workflow with the people who know it. We will document the repetitive work, delays, and steps that need human judgment. The assessment does not assume that software should take over the process.
We're not a tech company. Will any of this apply to us?
You do not need to be a tech company. Bring one workflow that gets stuck, such as quoting, scheduling, order handoffs, or invoice review. We will agree on the workflow and the information needed before starting.
Do I need to buy a bunch of new software?
Not to buy the assessment. We will look at your existing systems first. If a new tool is worth considering, the report will set out its estimated cost and what needs testing. Buying or implementing software is a separate decision.
What happens after the report?
The report is yours to keep and use with your team or another provider. If you want us to test or build a change, we will agree on scope, price, and measures separately. The $750 assessment does not include implementation or guarantee an improvement.
