Where we help

Better ways to work, across your business.

You do not need a software brief. Bring a part of the business you want to improve, or an idea worth exploring. We look at the people, information, systems, and economics behind it.

Operations and delivery

Your team should not have to chase every handoff.

Follow orders, scheduling, and status updates across the systems your team uses. Find missing information and repeated data entry. Measure turnaround, rework, and capacity.

Accounting and administration

Accounting should not start with a search through inboxes.

Gather supporting documents, prepare matching records, and flag differences for your team to review. Keep accounting entries and payments subject to approval. Measure processing time, corrections, and unresolved items.

Sales and customer growth

Good opportunities need time and follow-through.

Look at lead response, account research, proposals, CRM updates, and follow-up. Give sellers more time with customers. Measure response time, preparation hours, conversion, and retention.

Customer service and support

A simple customer question should not take three handoffs.

Help the team find the right information, prepare a useful response, and route exceptions to someone who can decide. Measure response time, resolution time, repeat contacts, and cost per request.

New ideas deserve a place in the conversation.

Our operating experience and hands-on exploration of AI help us spot possibilities beyond the current workflow. A service built around your expertise. A product that answers a repeated customer request. A new use for information your company already has permission to use.

Start with a small, useful test.

Who would use it? Would they pay for it? What would it cost to deliver? We can build a prototype or limited test, agree on what we need to learn, and decide whether to develop it further. An idea is not a result.

Find the problem. Fix the workflow. Measure the result.

This is how we would approach your workflow. One workflow first. A baseline before the build. Scope and measures agreed before any implementation.

  1. 01

    Find the problem

Follow the actual work: people, systems, handoffs, delays, and exceptions. Find out why the current process is failing before selecting software.

  2. 02

    Establish the baseline

Agree on current time, cost, volume, missed steps, and outcomes. Choose the measures before changing the workflow.

  3. 03

    Fix the workflow

Use the right mix of AI, software, data, process, and people. Test the exceptions and put the new workflow into use with the team that owns it.

  4. 04

    Measure the result

Compare with the baseline. Measure time, cost, errors, capacity, service, or revenue as appropriate. Include running costs, rework, and the time people spend reviewing the output.

  5. 05

    Expand what works

Extend the work only when the first change justifies its cost. If it does not, revise it or stop. More software is not the goal.

See the method in our own builds: LocalAnswer.io and steep.news. Each project explains the work and its current status.

What happens first?

We talk through the workflow or opportunity: what happens today, who is involved, and what you want to change. Then we agree on the scope, access, cost, and measures for any next step. A conversation is not a commitment to a build.

What stays with your people?

Financial approvals, pricing decisions, customer commitments, and exceptions need clear owners. We define what can run, what needs review, and what should never happen without a person involved.

More on approvals and oversight

Specific questions. Specific assessments.

For $750, we will look at one stuck workflow, write down where the hours go, and give you a report you can use. The report is yours. Any implementation is scoped separately. If your question is about being found in AI search, our Visibility Assessment is also available.
